[MPlayer-dev-eng] DVD subtitle ripping getting there

Hello,

DVD subtitle ripping should now work with this.  If anyone can test
it, especially if anybody can confirm or deny that it is comptible
with Windows Vobsub, that would be great.

New options:

    -vobsubout <name>

        Vobsub file name with no extension (like -vobsub)

    -vobsuboutid <lang>

        Language code to put in the IDX file (defaults to what's read
        in the IFO)

    -vobsuboutindex <0-31>

        Index number to put in the IDX file (defaults to 0)
