[MPlayer-dev-eng] docs on realvideo support

Hi,

docs is very buggon on $SUBJ

the formats.html and codecs.html section has links to eachother, saying sth
like 'click here to installation instructions' - but it's nowhere described

it says that DNET audio is handled by libavcodec - false, it's done by
liba52 (DNET is low bitrate AC3)

it lists sipro audio as supported, i don't think so, it should work but the
needed code has not been added yet. only Cook was added & tested.
test files needed for other audio formats
