[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] README

Hello everybody!

Hoping to bring the linewrap saga to a good end, here is my latest
patch for the README.  Lines are wrapped on column 80, meaning there
are at most 79 characters of text on one line.

The changes:
- Added Step0: Getting MPlayer
  Download instructions are consolidated in one place instead of
  repeated at 3 different places throughout the text. Plus I included
  instructions for accessing CVS.

- I mention the ~/.mplayer/Skin/ and ~/.mplayer/font/ installation
  locations for normal users.

- A bunch of wording updates.
