I don't seems so.
Please, erad DOCS/tech/cvs-howto, teh section about cosmetics changes
thay may be allowed in docs, but in this case your mandatory mad line
re-wrapping is bad, has no any advantages but makes diff big, and sometimes
makes lines longer than 79. Please tell me at least one reason why to rewrap
lines every time!

excellent speed and quality. It is the preferred MPEG4/DivX codec of MPlayer and
used to be included in the MPlayer CVS tree. This is no longer the case and you
maybe problems with your 1st grade math or dunno, but unless you change (ie.
insert/remove words, lower/upper case don't count to change for me!) please
don't rewrap text.
