[MPlayer-dev-eng] Doc overhaul, first example

Hija,

people asked for more code and less talk so I reworked the a complete
file from the DOCS.

Changes are:
- Reworked wording to be more correct english and less offensive
- Rephrased and enhanced a few sentences to make more sense/be more
  informative
- XHTML 1.0/Strict compliant: superfluous tags removed, all tags    
  correctly nested, all attributes quoted, missing closetags added.

New file attached.
