Hi team,
	The Cinepak decoder has been reworked to operate with the nice,
neat mp_image structure. It supports YV12, YUY2, BGR32, and BGR24 output
modes. What's more, the YV12 output actually works on PPC! Of course, this
is just with the PNG target. Egger, please test it with actual
video. Hopefully, the YUY2 support works on PPC, but I can't test that, so
please check that out, too. BGR32 and BGR24 still don't work on PPC and
I'm at a loss to explain why. But it really shouldn't matter since YV12
works.
