[MPlayer-dev-eng] skipped frames problems

in raw capture mode (and I've seen it in divx mode when inserting zero len
packets into the queue) the playback will not actually play the frame but
instead show what appears to be random memory locations.  Arpi, I tried the
patch you suggested, but it still fails.  I'e uploaded a 3 frame test file
skippedf.avi that you can play with -loop to see the problem..
