With a DSSSL stylesheet you can change the way the output
is translated to HTML and with CSS you can control the way
the HTML is displayed. 

DSSSL is a pain in the ass to write thanks to it's scheme
style language but since there's a standard stylesheet
it's mostly about overriding the styles you don't like 
or setting switches.

I'll attach the one I did for the gimp-help project as reference.
