only 2 problems with the patch:

1. most of new liens has lots of (>100) spaces appended at the end of lines,
looks like it was cut'n'pasted with gpm or so... should be removed

2. it shouldn't add new code to mplayer.c, especially as whole libvo control
has been moved out from it to libmpcodecs. itshould be handled by some common
general function in sub.c, called by supported drivers at initialization.
