[MPlayer-dev-eng] mailing list changes on mphq (again)

Hi,

Lists were very slow since few months, due to high number of subscribers
(~300 on deveng, ~1100 on users)

After lots of RTFMing i've found that sendmail is just not capable to handle
such thing efficiently. So I decided to switch to qmail...
qmail is nice thing, according to their homepage.

after a day of rtfming and trial-and-fix-and-hacking i ended up with
sendmail running at port 25 to handle incoming mails (qmail doens't work
with mailman, due to access right limitations) and qmail at 26 to send
outgoing mails to list members. it's ugly but seems to finally work...

note that qmail docs are very outdated or dunno what, but many things
descrobed there don't work at all. not mentioing that qmail's csh script
gets syntax error with csh but works with bash etc...

ok. this is a test mail, i hope it will be sent very fast :)
