[MPlayer-dev-eng] bug in x fullscreen code

Hi,

there's a bug in x fullscreen code, if I start without -fs and switch to 
fullscreen later, everything is fine. But if I start with -fs fullscreen is 
fine, but once I press 'f' to go to windowed, the window decorations are 
missing!
