[MPlayer-dev-eng] [patch] subtitles - AQTitle fix and "new" subrip

Hi,
This patch fixes broken detecniou of AQTitle subtiles (somebody
redeclared
them as mpsub) and adds support for subtitles created by subrip 0.9.
