[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] icewm layer handling

Hi,

Finaly, i've found a way to tell ice how to handle the layer stuff properly.
Therefor i added a new option -icelayer which takes values from 0-15:

  Desktop              (0)
  Below                (2)
  Normal               (4)
  OnTop                (6)
  Dock                 (8)
  AboveDock            (10)
  Menu                 (12)

Why i took 15 as max value ? Because that's what icewm does too :)
