maybe we could have -tv (with no parameters) to select TV mode,
and -tvopts <subconfig> to set options, this valid in configfile too
the same could go for -mf too, but there -mf <filemask> or mf://filemask
and -mfopts
btw -mfopts has no much sense, setting w/h is useless (afair it's even
ignored since libmpcodecs exists) and file type is trivial to detect
