Hi,

attached is a patch, which allows correct initing of the atrc-decoder ...

I also had to "fix" the demuxer, which simply ignored the codec-specific-data 
length (called opaqueDataLength) ...

And there is a problem, as far as i can see, one has to skip 4 bytes in ra5 
and 3 bytes in ra4 ... But I'll have to look deeper into it ...

It also seems, that cook and sipr don't have codec-specific init-data ...

So there shouldn't be a problem ...

However an ATRAC3-file, which is in a .ra4-container could have a problem, but 
I don't have a sample in .ra4 ...

still worked)
