Try running "/usr/local/bin/microcode_upload.pl /etc/dxr3.ux" manually and 
check if there are any errors. If there are make sure the modules are loaded.
If you are using redhat 8 you can't use microcode_upload.pl, you then need a 
new program called em8300setup, which can be found here: 
http://rift.ath.cx/dxr3 in the package called em8300-lite.
