[MPlayer-dev-eng] New config stuff in CVS : Pls test

Hi all,

I just commited the new config stuff and i'd like to do a few comments.
This code is intended to totally replace the mess found in cfgparser.[ch]. So if you
want to do any change cfgparser.[ch] pls discuss them here before. In the
best case we shouldn't do anymore changes on these files as they will be removed
as soon as the new code is stable enouth.
It will take some time to test it correctly bcs of the high number of options (more
than 300 !!) so it would be nice if (let's dream ;) all of you where starting to enable
this (--enable-new-conf). From a user point of view it shouldn't change anything,
if you notice a different behaviour somewhere it's a bug.
