it means it was not reviewed (so nor rejected nor accepted) by code
maintainer(s) yet.
if you don't get answer in a week, it means the patch has been forgotten :(
be a bit patient, we're busy with other codes now, and cvs is messy anyway

things go to cvs faster than i'm able to review/verify nowdays :(
