[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Overlapping subs, sorting subs and jacodump

Hi all.
Here are three patches:
 1- jacodump, which introduces dumping of the subtitles in
    jacosub format;
 2- overlap, which solves the problem of jumping subtitles
    and creates a run-time option for disabling overlapping;
 3- sortsub, which introduces a configure-time option for
    disabling subtitles sorting and the sorting code itself.

Regarding (2), note that I made some changes in libvo/sub.c
conditioned by the run-time option, however, IMHO, this
changes are good even when overlapping is disabled.
