Hi!

The previous patch was wrong, now I increased the accuracy.
I calculated that it will take 27 hours of continous playback until this
one segfaults or in other words returns 1 sample longer data than it should.
This can even be increase to *2^10 and more without overflow I think.

ps: it is a bit less efficient than the previous, instead of 2.3% cpu before,
it needs 3.0 % now.
