[MPlayer-dev-eng] DMO (WMV9) support in CVS

Hi,

I've merged loader changes from avifile, and imported the DMO stuff.
As the difference between dshow and dmo interfaces is very small, it was not
so hard to port dmo support from avifile's c++ code (i just applied the
avifile dshow-dmo c++ diff to our dshow c file by hand:))

currently video only, i'm tired to do audio today :(

if it's done, then mplayer will be able to play EVERY video format out
there! am i right? :)
