[MPlayer-dev-eng] qt, w32codec.tar.bz2 and homepage

Since QuickTime is playing great with MPlayer, isn't it time to update
w32codec.tar.bz2 and the homepage to give good news ?

actually only guys that read the mailing lists are able to get the
correct dlls (or the ones that search in ftp.mplayerhq.hu :))
