expand seems to be seriously broken somehow :(

playing 356x240 divx (405*.avi from mphq) works normally, but with -vop
expand=356:@40 i get assert() fail in vd_ffmpeg.c

with -vop expand=361:300 i get serious image corruption

i'll look at it.
