[MPlayer-dev-eng] FFmpg H.263+ decoding has stopped working once again

FYI, "mplayer" with the latest (CVS'd) FFmpeg library crashes when you try 
to play H.263+ content.  (This was something that was broken until a couple 
of months ago, and then was fixed by Michael Niedermayer, but now it's 
broken once again.)

You can demonstrate this by (trying to) play the following ".mov" file:
