I vote against this, people who don't know the DOCS's HTML style very well
shouldn't commit, otherwise a mandatory fixing commit is also neccessary,
which makes things messier than it should be. IMHO the current practice is
nice: send patches to dev-eng, and a docmaintainer will commit it.

However, (come to think about it) small updates/fixes can be commited
immediately, but it's always a nice thing to double check things. It's not
nice if two pieces of the same kind of thing is solved in two different ways...
