Hello

This patch fixes some endianness and alignment issues in the
ogg demuxer. This should fix the bug reported by Goetz Waschk
earlier today on -users.

I needed some functions to read 16/32/64 bit integers
byte-by-byte. I didn't find any, so I wrote my own, but
demux_ogg.c is probably not the best place for them.

I tested this on Linux/i686 and Linux/sparc.
