[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Another bug in vo x11 ? + auto insert lavc for the mpeg cards

Hi,

while working on vo_dxr2 i found another bug in vo x11. It seems that the draw_slice
func isn't working correctly if x and/or y are non 0. A fix is attached, is it the right one ?
If so, pls commit it.
Then a little patch to automaticly insert vf_lavc if needed (that is if it failed with scale
and the last filter support MPEGPES format). Feel free to commit also as I'm still
having trouble with the new postproc stuff wich broke my local tree again :(
