[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] DXR3 docs update

Hi,
here is a patch with updated DXR3 docs. Some parts were getting a bit old and 
I added some more info on :prebuf and :sync which I have acquired after 
having lots of users test it.
I was going to wait with this update as I have another feature coming real 
soon, but as I saw that pre10 is closing real fast I felt I had no choice but 
to submit this now.
