[MPlayer-dev-eng] DivX5 & VBR encoding

Hello,

I have modified mencoder's divx4 encoder so that it can make use of
XviD VBR Library (found in transcode's sources).  I only tested it on
a single movie and the results are not that great.  I'll do some more
testings and post more precise results (but it's so loooong to get
test results).

Should I commit the changes now, wait before pre7 or even 0.90, or
wait until it gives better results than current divx4_vbr?
