[MPlayer-dev-eng] Video Filter request

Hello,

   Anyone is developing a video filter that displays images over the
movie?
   It will be usefull for programs that use mplayer as the multimedia
base. They could use this filter to send images to show above the
movie, like a pretty OSD (they could do this through a fifo/socket) --
imagine a program that use mplayer as a movie player, it would be nice
to display a info box over the movie where shows it description, etc.

   I don't think it is too dificult to implement.
