On the contrary I find it nice to be indexed on the web as a software
author.  Like when somebody asks for what I have already done I can
simply reply something like
<URL:http://www.google.com/search?q=%22kim%20minh%20kaplan%22>

OTOH it would be good to remove email addresses they are really of no
use.
