[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] bugfix for nuppelvideo -- largefile support

Hello. I noticed that the nuppelvideo code in libmpdemux/demux_nuv.c didn't
support large files (> 2G), since it was using "int"s for positions instead
of off_t. Hope I got them all.
