[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] tvi_v4l fixes

Hello,
this patch changes the following:

1) 1000L bug fix in video buffer size calculation
2) the tuner stuff in init() was removed completely, now called in 
TVI_CONTROL_TUN_SET_NORM
3) TVI_CONTROL_TUN_SET_NORM now works for sources without tuner
4) cleanups in init_v4l_audio
5) in start(), VIDIOCSAUDIO ioctl is not called anymore when there are 
no audio channels
6) cleaned some mp_msg junk
