[MPlayer-dev-eng] x11_common: r 99 vs. r 100 vs. r 101

hi,

when using -r 99 , with metacity window manager, i'm unable to switch
back from fullscreen.

when using -r 100 ( modifications by arpi from havoc-pennington's
comments ), it FINALLY WORKS!!!! WOW!!! ...

when using -r 101 ( modifications by atmos, fix kde3.1 fullscreen
issues), it's broken again :-((

so please could you do something about it...
