Hi Roberto,

What do you mean? The audio filters or the audio plugins?  

You don't have to translate the audio plugin section it is obsolete
and the plugins will be removed as soon as someone removes the
dependency to the GUI.

The audio-filters are as you say already in the mpanpage. The
description in sound.html is an extended description with examples,
and should be translated (and not removed) IMO.
