- mingw portability patch by "Sascha Sommer" <saschasommer at freenet.de>
- stream: smb support, by Vladimir Moushkov <vlindos_mpdev at abv.bg>
- demux_ts merged into demux_mpeg

please test the mpeg demuxers and report any misdetections or broken
demuxing (you can dump (and then play with mplayer/mpg123/a52dec) streams
with the -id <id> switch, without the -id switch it will list the streams
found in first 8mb)
