pre14:
- plays video (NOTE!!! libvo2 is not libvo2 (with new API) yet, just some
  quick hacked libvo for testing)
- cleanup of test-codecs.c
- options added: -ao -vo -vop
- postproc filter (-vop pp) added
- codecs/ separated to audio/ and video/
- '-h' dumps options list

pre13:
- plays audio :)

So you can actually play audio and video (not at the same time, yet)
streams, so testing teh stream/demuxer layer is now easier...

Note that mpeg-ps/ts video playback doesn't work yet, as codecs expect
video frames instead of raw mpeg-es packets. I'll change the video codec
API to work same way as audio (so codecs could suck teh demuxer data instead
of handling that in the core, also PTS handling will be handled there)
