[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] man page review

Hi,

i reviewed the man page today. I wanted to reflect all changes concerning
the streams url. But then i found a somewhat wrong entry (-use-stdin) so i
took a look at (most) of the options. I added some notes here and there,
updated the command list and the examples.
A few comments :

With the urls at the begining i got mad with the underlining so i just
ignored it.

-use-stdin is really misleading if not wrong so it should really be updated
in 0.90 too.

Imvho we should change some examples they are all way too dvd centric ;)

Some commands don't have an explanation. I'm too lazy to stfs today ;(
It would be nice if those who exactly know what they do and what
arguments they take send a patch.

       -include <configuration file>
              Specify configuration file to be parsed  after  the
              default ones.

This is in the mencoder part. This option is avaible for both mplayer
and mencoder. I didn't found a good place for it so i let it but
it should be moved elsewhere or duplicated in the mplayer section.

PS: Sorry but i won't do the same for the fr man page as my (writed)
    french is way too bad (yes, it's worse than my english).
