[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] xml docs fix and mpst:// docs

Hi,

I wrote a little doc for the mpst:// stuff. I also fixed the tv examples
and found a little mistake in the edl docs.
The mpst docs are not in the patch as i don't have DocBook installed so
i can't chacek that everything is ok.
