[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Background video when playing audio-only data

Hi,

some users requested such thing as beeing able to use the menu while
playing an audio file. This patch add an option (-bgvideo) with wich
you can select a file to play as background (for audio only). In this
mode audio have priority, so we go to the next file when the audio is
finished. There is no A/V sync, when the video go to end it automaticly
loop to the begining and -frames can e used to make the video shorter.
