no, crashing is not acceptable

why?
order is untested, working, buggy, crashing

codecs marked as 'crashing' arent auto-selected, you have to force them
to be used.

'untested' codecs are preferred even over working codecs, to be tested by
users :)
if they report its crashing or buggy or working, we can set the final state.
