[MPlayer-dev-eng] Interoperability problems w/ Darwin Streaming Server 5.0

mplayer (current CVS) can't play rtsp streams sent by Darwin Streaming 
Server 5.0; it doesn't have a problem playing the same videos if they 
aren't sent by the streaming server (just playing the same file locally 
works).

If anyone wants to experiment:

Non-working test streams:
rtsp://test.arklinux.org:554/sample_100kbit.mp4	[MPEG-4 format]
rtsp://test.arklinux.org:554/sample_100kbit.mov	[Sorenson]

The same files, working w/ local playback (ffodivx/faad for MP4, 
ffsvq3/unsupported audio for mov):

http://test.arklinux.org/sample_100kbit.mov

(Pointing mplayer directly at that address works, btw.)

The streaming server setup is ok; the videos play fine in a wine session 
running QuickTime.
