[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] chroma_optimizer and display aspect ratio for xvid4

Hi,
this patch is for xvid4.
It adds support for lavc's style display aspect ratio (based on xvid's 
vfw frontend)
and re-enables the chroma_optimizer option.

Usage:

    -xvidencopts ...:chroma_opt:aspect=4/3:...

or

    -xvidencopts chroma_me:chroma_opt:aspect=1,334

in this last case the decimal point may vary (I used sscanf(), so I 
guess the
point notation is based on the default locale).
