[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] lot of help options

Hi everybody.

This patch adds dozen of help options in '-something help' style,
-afhelp, -swshelp and -opthelp, which lists all available help options
(there are 31 of them now). Main purpose of this patch is that you can
remember some complex sub-option name without looking into manpage.
I tried to add -lavcopts help option, the text commented now - it won't
work just as is.
I updated manpage as well.
