[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] patch to fix the "blank screen after playback" vesa bug

Hi,
this is probably not really important and it is not the cleanest patch 
ever, but just in case you find it useful this is a patch that fixes the 
well known vesa bug that leaves the screen blank after the playback is over.

Since the only known solution seems to be switching console, I added to 
the uninit function the code to make the console switch back and forth 
from a second different console.
Of course this works only if in the system there are at least two active 
consoles, but this does not seem after all such a great constraint, and 
anyway the patch would just do nothing in that unfortunate case.

Like it happened for the previous fbdev patch, I made a diff against the 
latest stable version since I checked that the vo_vesa.c file did not 
change since then.
