[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] dvbin update

Added support for NEWSTRUCT (HEAD) drivers.

Note: diseqc for NEWSTRUCT is totally new and not fully tested:
volunteers are welcome.

Tested with drivers: 0.9.4 (with linux kernel 2.4.18) and dvb-kernel 
(from linuxtv.org cvs, with linux kernel 2.4.20).

I don't know it this patch works with Metzlerbros' drivers.

What a mess, eh?
