[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] more clean wid for gui / separating into -guiwid and -wid

Hi,

this patch adds the option -guiwid to gmplayer. I think its a more clean
approach than using just wid.

I updatet also the manpage ...

For testing purposes I also attached a patch against current
mplayerplug-in....

You can switch between the different gui with:

nominigui=1 / 0 in your mplayerplug-in.conf file ...
