And what I've forgot to mention, the environment variable DVDCSS_CACHE
points now to the default dir for dvdkeys, so it's possible to share
keys with ogle or other programs that use libdvdcss. If the variable
isn't set, mplayer falls back to ~/.mplayer/DVDKeys .
