[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] configure + nas

This patch adds entry for NAS in configure --help and fixes its detecting (at least on
my system, nas is compiled from source with default options).

By changing order of directories where we look for X11/Xlib.h to look first
to /usr/X11R6 we have -I/usr/X11R6/include, and NAS headers are located
in /usr/X11R6/include/audio.

Old order (with /usr/include at begining) was causing (on RedHat system)
to include -I/usr/include (because there is /usr/include/X11 linked to /usr/X11R6/include/X11).
