[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] configure + cdparanoia

On RedHat linux cdparanoia includes are located in /usr/include/cdda
and to make configure detect it one has to use --with-cdparanoiaincdir
but it could be autodetected.

This patch adds checking where cdparanoia headers are located
(it makes configuring mplayer simpler for users of RedHat and maybe
some other distributions too).
